Betap once again joined the rest of the Condor Group at The Flooring Show, showcasing its own ranges at the Majestic Hotel. Since it joined the group back in 2023, Betap has continued to grow and expand its offering, particularly within the Yarn by Nature collection, its 100% wool carpet range. Earlier this year in Flanders, the company debuted a number of new quarter loop qualities in various popular neutrals for this range.
Betap also supplies a huge range of synthetics across polypropylene, polyester, nylon and more. In fact, the company says, with over 500 variations of carpet types, textures and designs, coupled with a multitude of colour settings for each, Betap is the number one partner for wholesalers and retailers of residential carpet tiles or broadlooms. At this year’s Harrogate, the company emphasised its quality and wide product selection to once again confidently make its case to UK wholesalers and retailers. A significant part of the manufacturing process for Betap is automated, with its Select Yarns factory run “mostly independent of humans,” six days a week, 24 hours a day. Impressively, this automated production results in a far lower rate of deviation in production accuracy than in a manual facility. All this and more contributed to an impressive showing for the Dutch brand at this year’s Flooring Show.
