CD Support’s eGizmo simplifies customer support

It’s been quite a long time since we started using computers to take customer orders. Whether it be in face at the store or online from our websites. You always try to give customers the best experience. However, not all orders are straight-forward and not all customers comply with your terms and conditions. With recent changes to legislation surrounding customer orders online in Ireland, due to make its way to the UK. Even customers ordering specials, with custom changes and designs have the right to cancel, especially if you’ve not got a formal signed agreement.

This led CD Support to develop a digital signature system, which can operate instore or be sent out to customers online, so they can have access to your terms and sign saying they’ve read them and confirm the order.

The company designed this to work with its eGizmo package, to seamlessly manage your customer acceptance of the order, instore or online.

CD Support is continuing to develop its eGizmo package, which is driven by its customers and their insights to how they run their businesses. The company is currently in a testing phase of on-site job photos and notes, all available in the system for quotes and orders. This next digital feature to reach the package will give estimators better scope for recording jobs and making the information available to anyone in the system that requires it.
