FITA (Flooring Industry Training Association) supported by Webs Training Ltd, a leading Nottingham-based provider, delivers gold-standard floorlaying apprenticeships and is the only not-for-profit training centre backed by two trade associations.
Apprentices spend up to 50 days training at FITA while gaining valuable on-site experience with their employer, developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for a successful career in floorlaying. With access to industry-leading tools, materials and resources from FITA sponsors, apprentices learn in a professional environment designed to build confidence and practical ability.
In most cases, apprenticeships training costs are 100% funded, there is no age limit for apprenticeships and employers may be eligible for grants to support employment costs and additional recruitment support including help with advertising and interviews.
