Their latest project in Lancashire boasts a staggered chevron patterned floor which brings a contemporary monochrome scheme to life.

In a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Blackburn, Taylor Wimpey Manchester is building the Riven Stones development, a community of 225 homes designed for sustainability with each home including PV solar panels and EV car charging stations. The three bedroom Braxton show-home demonstrates how new homeowners can create an aspirational contemporary style that’s full of character.

In the open-plan kitchen diner white gloss kitchen units contrast with black appliances and furnishings, softened by a pale grey worksurface and velvet curtains.
