The Flooring Show saw Quick-Step welcome one of Belgium’s iconic landmarks to the halls of the Harrogate International Centre as it unveiled its new Impressive laminate collection and the world’s first waterproof wood floors.
Bringing Brussels to Harrogate, Quick-Step’s installation of the iconic Manneken Pis, a beloved symbol of the city, saw water trickling over its wood floors continuously for three days, demonstrating their 100% waterproof performance to everyone attending this year’s The Flooring Show. The replica statue certainly proved a talking point, but so too was the launch of the new Impressive laminate collection.
First launched in 2014 Impressive has introduced eight new designs added to the collection across two new surface structures and has also unveiled Impressive Designs, the world’s first creak-free, 100% waterproof laminate herringbone.
Niall Cassidy, Retail Manager UK, said: “The Flooring Show gave us a chance to show why Quick-Step represents a premium brand for retailers that want to offer their customers high quality, innovative products that are unmatched in the industry.”
