MasterPiece supports the retailer from first contact with customer, through the measuring, planning, and quoting by estimator in home, and thence acceptance and fitting; works on any of iPad/Android/Windows/Mac.
A two-hour hands-on session over Zoom equips the new user to tackle real jobs; further functions can be added incrementally, making transition to operational use very easy.
MasterPiece provides unique usability for the estimator in the home. However, further front-end and back-end functions are now offered. At the back-end, a direct interface with Xero offered with ability to align the record of payments between MasterPiece and the accounting system. This feeds into the follow up & reminders system which ties payments due to the fitting date.
The diary for scheduling fitters is uniquely flooring specific: duration is automatically estimated; multiday events are supported; ability to gang individual fitters for an event. The diary works with the part fits facility; this is unique in its ability to set up part fits at a dashboard and then generate a separate ‘info for fitter and warehouse’ for each part fit.
The support for the front-end process includes:
- Capture of full pre-visit details, to prime the estimator for entry into the home.
- Ability to take-off from floor plan from Builder or Rightmove by trace over to scale.
- Scheduling estimator visits & in-store reminders.
- Provision of whole product sets from popular suppliers such as AW, Penthouse, Comar, Quickstep, Amtico, Karndean, Invictus and Moduleo; with bulk price editing tool. – Ability to handle simple sales in-store, for instance of remnants.
