MasterPiece provides unique usability for estimators

MasterPiece supports the retailer from first contact with customer, through the measuring, planning, and quoting by estimator in home, and thence acceptance and fitting.

MasterPiece provides unique usability for the estimator in the home. However further front end and backend functions are now offered in a uniquely integrated way.

At the backend, MasterPiece manages the circularity between scheduling and delivering fittings and taking payments. The Payments Management Module provides a ‘check off’ of payments entry into the accounting system, with a direct interface with Xero offered; it shows the fitting date as scheduled in the diary, thereby indicating when the final payment is due.

The diary for scheduling fitters is uniquely flooring specific: duration is automatically estimated; multiday events are supported; ability to gang individual fitters for an event. The diary works with the part fits facility; this is unique in its ability to set up part fits at a dashboard and then generate a separate ‘Info for fitter and warehouse’ for each part fit.

The support for the front end process includes:

– Capture of full pre-visit details
– Scheduling estimator visits & in-store reminders
– Provision of whole product sets from popular suppliers
– Ability to take-off from floorplan from builder or Rightmove
– Ability to handle simple sales in-store

Great flexibility is provided by being cloud based and able to run on any of iPad/Android/Windows/Mac.

A two hour hands-on session over Zoom equips the new user to tackle real jobs; further functions can be added incrementally, making transition to operational use very easy.
