MasterPiece can now support a retailer from initial conversation with customer, through estimating and quoting in home; to revisions, acceptance, scheduling and delivery.
Retailer can pick up just on-site measuring planning and estimating initially; then incrementally add modules, knowing that they will all integrate seamlessly.
Pre-visit modules include:
- Import of RightMove or Builder floorplans for take-off to scale
- Quoting from customer own measure
- Scheduling measures
- Handling in-store simple sales, including remnants and special order
- Follow-up reminders.
Post Acceptance modules include:
- Integration with Xero and managing payments from customer; chase reminders.
- Split Fits facility: makes providing accurate info to warehouse & fitter easy for each Part Fit.
- Flooring specific diary with duration estimation; with capture of fitter expertise; support multi-day and ganged fitter events; fitter has own diary to capture customer signature & photos.
MasterPiece runs on Android, iPad, Windows or Mac. It is easy to pick up and run with, via 60 minute ‘hands-on’ familiarisation over Zoom or phone.
