According to recently released accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, Cormar Carpets saw strong business performance last year, with demand for the company’s products “remaining robust throughout the year despite a very competitive environment”.
According to the company’s strategic report for the year, sales volumes were up 5.6% year over year and turnover increased 3.9% to £145m, as the company says the higher volumes were offset in part by lower average selling prices. Higher labour costs mean the company’s gross margin fell slightly, but remained “above its long run average,” the company says.
These results, along with a pipeline of new product development and confidence in its service offering, provides the company with a “degree of optimism for the year ahead,” it states. Cormar says it will “continue its commitment to investing in the future of the business through infrastructure, process improvement and new products.”
