Ciro is the Alpha Vinyl answer to herringbone featuring a new
way to install with the innovative Unizip click profile. Unlike most
systems that require two different planks, Unizip means that Ciro
needs just one, allowing for a much simpler and faster installation.
This revolutionary system also minimises installation waste,
as it’s much easier to know how many planks are required.
And of course, it means ordering an Alpha Vinyl Ciro herringbone
floor is just as simple as any regular plank or tile. 


The Alpha Vinyl Bloom collection features a surface structure that redefines authentic vinyl flooring. Whereas most vinyl floors have three or four depths of texture, selected designs in Alpha Vinyl Bloom now feature up to 75 depths. This means a floor that tracks the depth of every detail – the knots of the floor are particularly impressive – and a design that’s more realistic than any other vinyl on the market. Blos and Oro take much of the refinement of Bloom with designs that mimic every detail in stone and tile.


No matter which Alpha Vinyl floor is chosen, the innovation starts beneath with the integrated underlay. Industry body unveils “Plan for Growth” to Government

The British Furniture Confederation (BFC), the public affairs umbrella body of furniture and beds, furnishings and flooring sector trade associations, has unveiled its new Plan for Growth. The document is said to support BFC’s advocacy across four key pillars: skills and education; trade and exports; standards and regulations; and the environment and circular economy. It has been developed over the past few months, the organisation says, evolving from a combination of position papers written by the associations’ executives and a comprehensive survey of their collective members.

Furniture spend up 2.4% with Barclaycard

Consumer card spending grew 1.0% year-on-year in February – lower than January’s 1.9% increase and less than the latest CPIH inflation rate of 3.9%, according to recent figures reported by Barclays. Floorcoverings up 0.6% in January
