Efficient inventory management is essential for flooring suppliers with diverse products like hardwood, laminate, carpet, and vinyl. ERP solutions from klipboard ensure products are always available to meet customer demand. Real-time stock visibility helps businesses optimise inventory, reduce excess and prevent costly overstocks.

Enhanced supply chain visibilit
yAutomating sales and purchase orders cuts errors and speeds up processing, boosting customer satisfaction and reducing costs. This efficiency supports higher order volumes and profitability. klipboard’s ERP software further enhances this by integrating procurement to delivery, improving coordination, shortening lead times and optimising shipment tracking and supplier management.

Automated order processing
Efficient order management relies on minimising manual errors and cutting administrative costs. Automating sales and purchase order processing with klipboard’s ERP ensures swift and precise order handling, enhancing customer satisfaction. Moreover, their ERP’s eCommerce capabilities digitise the entire customer journey by providing a self-service portal for order updates, status and delivery tracking and invoicing. This end-to-end digitisation not only streamlines operations but also enables businesses to handle higher order volumes without extra staff, ultimately improving profitability.

Data-driven decisions
Access to real-time data and advanced analytics can transform business strategy. With ERP software’s comprehensive reporting and business intelligence tools, you gain a golden record of transaction data that provides a complete view of sales trends, performance and demand forecasts. This wealth of insight allows you to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions and product assortments, driving growth and boosting profitability.

Improved customer relationship management (CRM)
Enhancing customer loyalty and driving repeat sales becomes more achievable with klipboard’s CRM functionality. By managing customer interactions, tracking sales history and personalising marketing efforts, businesses can tailor offerings based on insights into customer preferences and behavior. This focused approach not only improves engagement but also strengthens customer relationships, supporting long-term business growth.

Klipboard’s ERP delivers these powerful tools to streamline financial operations and support enhanced profitability and financial health.

Efficient and sustainable working practices
As sustainability becomes increasingly essential, klipboard’s digital solutions help businesses reduce their environmental footprint. Flooring suppliers can enhance sustainability by minimising paper use, optimising transportation routes, and reducing waste from inaccurate deliveries. Efficient resource management also leads to cost savings, making sustainability and profitability achievable through digitisation.

Optimising flooring industry operations
Navigating the flooring industry’s challenges—such as managing offcuts, flexible pricing, and quality control—requires specialised solutions. klipboards’s platform addresses these needs with features like Offcuts Management, which turns leftover materials into valuable assets by repurposing them for various projects. Coupled with Roll-Level Pricing and Batch Tracking, it enhances efficiency, reduces waste and boosts profitability, providing a comprehensive solution for the flooring sector.

Enjoy the flexibility and control of roll-level pricing
Optimising inventory management and maintaining profitability are made easier with klipboard’s Roll-Level Pricing functionality. By setting specific prices for off-cuts or clearance lines, you can effectively control inventory without impacting full-priced stock. This flexibility ensures efficient stock management across branches and helps maintain profitability whilst optimising inventory levels.

Ensure consistency with batch tracking attributes
Improving customer satisfaction and loyalty is achievable with klipboard’s batch tracking attributes. These advanced tools ensure precise shade matching and consistent quality, allowing you to deliver accurate results across large-scale flooring projects. By maintaining uniformity in colour and quality, you meet customer expectations and build trust through reliable performance.

Optimise your financial planning and cash flow by accurately managing rebates. This approach ensures precise stock valuations and profit margins, capturing every financial benefit from manufacturers and distributors. Experience enhanced profitability and streamlined financial performance with advanced rebate management tools with klipboard
.Precision ordering for area-to-whole-pack conversions
Achieving precise and efficient flooring orders is made easier with klipboard’s Area-to-Whole-Pack Conversions feature. This tool calculates the closest whole pack quantity based on your specific space requirements, helping you avoid shortages or over-ordering. With klipboard’s ERP software, you can confidently order the exact amount needed, ensuring accurate measurements and smoother project execution.

Optimise stock with Klipboard’s ‘Roll-Cutting

’Effective stock management is key to profitability, particularly in optimising roll usage and handling remnants. The Roll Cutting feature improves this by selecting the best rolls and measuring remnants more accurately. Additionally, automatic label production and mobile device integration streamline inventory processes, enhancing overall efficiency
