Made in Britain from solution dyed polyester, it also offers excellent stain resistance and bleach cleanability for a carpet that’s as practical as it is soft and comfortable.


Abingdon Flooring has engineered Destiny as a competitive 5/32nd gauge saxony quality so that homeowners can enjoy the luxury of Love Story at a never seen before price. The entry-level carpet is exclusively available in four-metre wide rolls to increase competitiveness further, and so that retailers can enjoy instant stock access for when time is pressured.


Despite its excellent affordability, Destiny upholds the luxury and quality values that have been at the heart of the Love Story family since its

introduction to the market. Soft to the touch and performing well in high-traffi c areas of the home like hallways and stairs, it’s yarn has excellent

Industry body unveils “Plan for Growth” to Government

The British Furniture Confederation (BFC), the public affairs umbrella body of furniture and beds, furnishings and flooring sector trade associations, has unveiled its new Plan for Growth. The document is said to support BFC’s advocacy across four key pillars: skills and education; trade and exports; standards and regulations; and the environment and circular economy. It has been developed over the past few months, the organisation says, evolving from a combination of position papers written by the associations’ executives and a comprehensive survey of their collective members.

Furniture spend up 2.4% with Barclaycard
