£6.5m reward for loyalty

Members of F. Ball’s Ball Rewards customer loyalty scheme are saving thousands of pounds through the scheme’s cashback promotions, with the top 10 claimants each receiving over £10,000 in cashback on average over the last 12 months and one flooring contractor saving over £20,000.
Over ten years since its original launch, the company’s Ball Rewards
programme has returned more than £6.5 million to flooring
contractors and retailers.
One flooring contractor, based in The South East, received nearly £22,000 in cashback via the scheme in the last financial year. Another, in
Staffordshire, received nearly £16,000 in the same period.
Commenting on the value of the cashback to the company,
a company director said:
“The sum is a nice amount of money that, instead of
simply coming off our bottom line, we can invest in projects that
are important to us, such as further training and education for
our staff, as well as charities that we support.”
Ball Rewards is free to join and rewards members with cashback
each time they purchase F. Ball products. They also gain access to a

On the recently released figures, F. Ball sales director
